Vilux Concierge provides personalized travel planning and concierge services. We curate and coordinate bespoke experiences, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and other travel-related services through a network of trusted third-party providers.
Vilux Concierge acts solely as an intermediary between the client and these third-party providers.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant service providers.
Payments may be required to secure reservations. Depending on the service, payments may be processed directly with third-party providers or through Vilux Concierge.
By proceeding with any booking, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective providers.
3. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on each provider.
Vilux Concierge will communicate applicable policies at the time of booking; however, we are not responsible for cancellation fees, penalties, or changes imposed by third-party providers.
4. Responsibility & Liability
Vilux Concierge is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from services provided by third parties, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, transportation companies, or activity providers.
We are not responsible for events beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, political situations, or other force majeure events.
5. Travel Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements, including passports, visas, health documentation, and any other entry regulations.
Vilux Concierge is not responsible for denied boarding, entry restrictions, or related issues.
6. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of all details, particularly those provided by third parties.
7. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to These Terms
Vilux Concierge reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
